How to download Instagram videos
Copy the Instagram link
Open the public video post or Reel itself. On your phone, use its share menu to copy the link. On a computer, copy the post URL from the address bar.

Paste the link into the downloader and select Get video. Keep this page open while the video is prepared.
Save your video
Select Download video. If a post has several videos, choose the ones you want to save.
What “without watermark” means
SunoDownloader retrieves the video made available by Instagram and does not add its own watermark. It does not erase a creator’s logo, username, captions or any watermark already baked into the video. The downloaded file can only be as clear as the available source.
Where to find your downloaded video
After the file finishes downloading, check your browser’s download location. It may not appear automatically in your photo gallery.

Open Files and look for the Downloads folder. In Safari, you can also use the Downloads button beside the search field to find recent downloads.

How do I download an Instagram video without a watermark?
Copy the link to a public Instagram Reel or video post, paste it above and select Get video. Then select Download video. SunoDownloader does not add a watermark; text, logos or watermarks already embedded in the source video remain.
Can I download Instagram Reels?
You can submit public Reel links, but some Reels currently return only a cover image or no downloadable media. Even a Reel that plays in Instagram may be unavailable here. Try another public video or try again later.
Do I need to log in to Instagram?
You do not need to enter an Instagram username or password here. This page works with links to publicly accessible content and does not unlock private accounts.
Is this Instagram video downloader free?
This page does not require payment or a SunoDownloader account to request a download. Request limits apply, so you may need to wait before trying again.
Does the download keep sound and HD quality?
The downloader requests video with audio when it is available. Resolution and sound depend on the media Instagram makes accessible; this tool cannot restore missing audio or upscale a low-resolution source.
What happens with a carousel containing several videos?
When the post returns multiple media items, this page lists its available videos separately. Choose Download video for each one you want. Photo-only posts do not produce a video download.
Why does a Reel return no video or only a cover image?
Sometimes only the Reel’s cover photo is available to the download service. This page filters out photos instead of presenting them as videos. A cover-only result does not mean your link is wrong or the account is private. Try a different public video or return later.
Why is my Instagram video not downloading?
Use a full link to the video post or Reel, rather than a profile, Story or live stream. Deleted, private or restricted content may be unavailable, and retrieval can also fail for public posts. If you see a request-limit message, wait before retrying. If a previously generated download link stops working, paste the original Instagram link again to request a fresh one.
